PRIVACY POLICY Short because the site collects little
Privacy Policy — What This Site Handles, and What It Never Touches
This site is deliberately simple: no user accounts, no comments, no contact forms, no newsletter. That design choice is the foundation of the Manok Na Pula Mod APK privacy policy — most of what other sites collect never exists here. What remains is exactly three kinds of information, listed below with who processes them, how long they are kept, and the rights you hold over them under the Philippine Data Privacy Act.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising. That sentence has no fine print after it.

🔒 The whole policy in four lines
🚫
Nothing to sign up for
No accounts, forms or newsletter — so no profiles, passwords or subscriber lists exist.
🗂️
Three data kinds only
Server logs, aggregate analytics, and emails you choose to send us.
📢
No advertising
The site runs no ad scripts and sets no advertising cookies.
⚖️
Your rights are real
Access, correction, objection and erasure under RA 10173 — one email starts any of them.
Section 1
Information We Collect
In short: three kinds only — technical server logs, aggregate analytics, and emails you send. Nothing else exists to collect.
| Kind | What it contains | When it arises |
|---|---|---|
| Server logs | IP address, browser and device type (user agent), the address requested, the referring page, and the time of the request | Automatically, whenever you open a page or download a file |
| Analytics data | How pages are used, in aggregate — detailed under Cookies, Analytics and Advertising below | While you browse, measured by Google Analytics |
| Emails you send | Your email address and the contents of your message | Only when you write to us — nothing is harvested from visitors who don’t |
There is no fourth category hiding anywhere: no registration data, no comment data, no purchase data and no in-game data. This site cannot see your game account, your chickens or your progress — those live with the game and its developer.
Section 2
How We Use Logs, Analytics Data and Emails
In short: logs keep the site running and safe, analytics tell us which guides to fix, emails get answered. That is the complete list of purposes.
- Server logs are used to deliver pages and downloads, protect the site against abuse and attacks, and diagnose errors.
- Analytics reports show which pages and downloads readers actually use, so we can decide which guides to correct or expand.
- Emails are used to reply to you, and to keep a record of requests such as corrections, privacy requests and copyright notices.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising. No data from this site feeds an ad profile, a mailing list for sale, or a third party’s marketing.
Section 4
Hosting, Analytics, Caching and Email Providers
In short: four processors touch the data above, each for one job. None of them receives it for their own marketing.
| Provider | Job | What it processes |
|---|---|---|
| Hostinger | Web hosting and content delivery network | Server logs, processed on Hostinger’s infrastructure |
| Google Analytics (Google LLC) | Visit measurement | The analytics data described in Section 3 |
| LiteSpeed Cache | Page caching | Ready-made copies of pages stored on the server so they load faster — it does not build profiles of visitors |
| Email provider | Mailbox hosting | Stores the messages sent to our contact address |
Section 5
Links to Other Websites
In short: the moment you follow a link out, that service’s privacy policy — not this one — governs your visit.
Pages link to services such as Google Play, the App Store, VirusTotal, BlueStacks and YouTube. When you follow a link, that service receives your request directly, and its own privacy policy applies from that point. We cannot see or control what happens there.
Section 6
How Long Information Is Kept
In short: logs follow the host’s retention, analytics detail lasts 2 months, emails last as long as the request needs — then they are deleted.
- Server logs are kept for the retention period of the hosting provider’s logging system.
- Google Analytics keeps visit-level data for 2 months; combined reports remain available after that.
- Emails are kept for as long as needed to handle the request and any follow-up, then deleted.
Section 7
Your Rights Under the Data Privacy Act
In short: under RA 10173 you can ask what we hold about you, fix it, object to it, or have it erased — and complaining to the NPC is always open to you.
Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and similar laws, you can ask to:
- Be informed about, and access, personal information about you;
- Correct information that is wrong or outdated;
- Object to its processing;
- Request its erasure or blocking;
- Receive a copy in a portable format;
- Claim damages where the law allows, and file a complaint with the National Privacy Commission.
To submit a request, write to us through the contact page — the Privacy Requests card there lists exactly what to include so the request can be verified and answered quickly.
Section 8
Information About Children
In short: with no accounts or forms, there is almost nothing a child could hand us — and a parent can have even an email deleted on request.
We offer no accounts or forms and do not knowingly collect information from children. If a child has emailed us, a parent or guardian can write through the contact page and ask us to delete that email, and we will.
Section 9
Changes to the Manok Na Pula Mod APK Privacy Policy
In short: any change in how we handle information appears in this policy before the change takes effect — never after the fact.
If our data handling ever changes, the updated text will be published here first, with a new “Last updated” date at the top of this page, before the change takes effect. Questions and privacy requests: the contact page is the single route in, and privacy requests are one of its four listed purposes.
A Privacy Request Takes One Email
Access, correction, objection or erasure — the contact page has the checklist that gets it handled in one round.
