Copyright and DMCA โ If It’s Yours, This Page Gets It Handled
This site writes its own guides and uses the game’s name and imagery only to identify the game โ but if you own the copyright in material published here, or are authorized to act for the owner, we respond to copyright notices. This Manok Na Pula DMCA page lists the six elements a complete notice contains, what happens after one arrives, and what to do if a notice was mistaken. A notice with all six elements is the fastest route to action โ incomplete ones get a reply listing exactly what is missing, never silence.
Subject line that gets routed fastest: Copyright Notice โ [the work] โ [the page URL].

Section 1
Who Can Send a Manok Na Pula DMCA Notice, and Where
In short: the copyright owner, or someone authorized to act for them. Everyone else’s complaint about game content belongs to the developer.
We respond to copyright notices about material published on this site. A notice must come from the owner of the copyright in that material, or a person authorized to act on the owner’s behalf โ the authorization statement in element 6 below is what establishes that. Send notices through the contact page, whose Copyright Notices card is set up for exactly this.
One boundary worth stating plainly: this page covers material on this website. Content inside the game itself โ its art, music and code as published by its developer โ is the developer’s to answer for, and a notice about the game should go to them.
Section 2
What a Copyright Notice Must Include
In short: six elements. They exist so we can identify the work, find the material, verify your standing, and act without guessing.
1
Your signature
A physical or electronic signature of the owner or the person authorized to act for them.
2
The copyrighted work
Identification of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed โ title, registration or a link to the authorized source, specific enough that we can recognize it.
3
The exact address of the material
The exact URL of each page or file on our site that contains the material. A homepage link alone is not enough โ we act on identified material, not on sites in general.
4
Your contact details
Your name, postal address, telephone number and email address โ the email is where our reply goes.
5
The good-faith statement
A statement that you believe in good faith that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
6
The accuracy and authority statement
A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or are authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.
The contact page carries a ready-made copyright email template with these six elements as fill-in lines โ using it is the surest way to send a complete notice on the first try.
Section 3
What Happens After a Notice Arrives
In short: we review it, remove or disable access to identified material when the notice is valid, and reply either way. Incomplete notices get a list of what’s missing.
- Review. Each complete notice is reviewed against the material it identifies โ the work, the exact URLs, and the two statements.
- Action. When a notice is valid, we remove or disable access to the material it identifies.
- Reply. We reply to the email address in the notice confirming the outcome.
- Incomplete notices receive a reply that lists the missing information, so the sender can complete and resend โ an incomplete notice is a paused notice, not a rejected one.
Section 4
If Your Material Was Removed by Mistake
In short: tell us what was removed, where it was, and why you believe the removal was an error โ mistaken removals are reviewed the same way notices are.
Identification on a small site is done by people, and people can misjudge a notice. If material you provided or published was removed and you believe that was a mistake or a misidentification, write through the contact page with the page address, a description of the material, and the basis for your belief. We will review it and reply with the outcome.
Section 5
False or Mistaken Notices
In short: a notice is a legal instrument, not a complaint form. Knowingly misrepresenting infringement can make the sender liable for damages.
Under 17 U.S.C. ยง 512(f), knowingly misrepresenting that material is infringing can expose the sender to liability for damages โ including costs caused by a wrongful removal. If you are unsure whether material on this site infringes your rights, seek legal advice before sending a notice. An honest question through the contact page costs nothing and often resolves the matter faster than a defective notice does.
Section 6
Trademark Complaints
In short: same route as copyright โ one address handles both, and identifying the mark and the exact page is what makes it actionable.
Questions or complaints about the use of a trademark on our site go to the same place: the contact page. Name the mark, its owner, and the exact page where you believe it is misused, and we will review it under the same process as Section 3. Our own position on game names and logos is stated in the Disclaimer: identification only, no affiliation implied.
